Windshield Repair & Replacement

My car window was smashed during a break-in in Seattle. After going through insurance, and various channels in and around the Seattle area, all the way to Everett, I couldn't find anyone to replace my driver front window in less than a month. Then I spoke to Rodolfo at Chicago Auto Glass, and he got me in the next day. He had even offered to get me in the same day, but couldn't get my glass on time. Even after ordering my glass, they had an issue, but Rodolfo called to inform me, and asked if they could use a used piece they were able to source. I gave the go ahead, and they installed it, and it looks great. Everything works, door panel is secure, nothing rattles, and my car is back to normal. The price was great for a new piece, and even better with a used piece. Rodolfo has alleviated a big sudden stressor in my life, and he handled it with care and professionalism.
